The Exerpeutic 100XL Manual Treadmill provides eight levels of magnetic resistance and three incline angles for a great running or walking workout from the comfort of home. Designed to fit easily into smaller spaces, the 100XL features an easy to operate folding design and is equipped with transport wheels so that you can move it in and out of a corner, or from room to room. The manually operated treadmill uses tension-pacer-controlled, magnetic resistance for safe, hands-free use that allows you to run or walk. Thanks to seven-inch twin flywheels, the 100XL provides a smoother, quieter, and more consistent workout in contrast to single flywheel manual treadmills. The 100XL also provides a wider and longer walk/run surface than other manual treadmills.
Designed to help you track and achieve your fitness goals, the 100XL comes with a fitness computer with an LCD display window that monitors and displays your time, distance, calories, speed, and heart rate as you work out. Built-in heart pulse monitor pads make it easy to track your progress. The track begins at a low, 8 percent incline angle to prevent strain on ankle and leg muscles, and can be adjusted to a 10 or 15 percent incline angle for greater challenge. The treadmill has been weight tested with up to 325 pounds of user weight to accommodate a wide range of fitness levels, sizes, and ages.
Coming almost completely assembled out of the box, simply attach the computer and you are ready to go. The 100XL features a reinforced, folding frame with long, 20-inch side rails for safety, and transportation wheels so that it can be moved easily. This effective, yet lightweight treadmill weighs 71 pounds.
