The Schwinn Le Tour Elite Road Bike build upon the solid foundation of the Le Tour line of bikes however it has some significant upgrades that will improve the ride quality and performance of the bike. The carbon fork is a huge upgrade from the Le Tour, it not only drops the weight but it adds in the benefit of dampening the road vibrations. The carbon seat stays have the same effect and when combined with a carbon fork you get a buttery smoothness to your ride. The Shimano 105/Tiagra components are lighter and smoother than the Sora components found on other Le Tour models, while the FSA Omega crankset and SRAM cassette combine to give you a whopping 27 speeds.
